Game Format:
All games are overseen by a host to insure fair game play and that rules are followed.
Each tourney consists of 8 teams (16 players, there's 2 players per team).
Each tourney is played on 4 tables (4 players per table).
Team A plays Team B, Team C plays Team D, Team E plays Team F and Team G plays Team H. Winners of first games play each other, thus if Teams A, C, E and G win then Team A plays Team C and Team E plays Team G. Winners of second round play each other in final game, thus if Team A won and Team E won they'd play each other in the final match.
NEW GAME FORMAT
At times more players show up than can fit in one tourney, so a second tourney may be formed, up to the host. It is also true that at times there are not enough people to start a full second tourney. An alternative would be to play a "Second Chance" tourney. In this tourney only 8 players are needed, or 4 teams, 2 tables.
Team A plays Team B, Team C plays Team D. The winners play each other and the losers play each other. So if Team A wins and Team C wins, Team A plays Team C, Team B plays Team D. The winners of those games then play in the final match.
The host determines who plays who in the matches.
